The Ramakrishna Clinic of South Africa – Newcastle Medical Outreach was conducted on 16 August 2026, where 385 patients received care across the disciplines of medicine, paediatrics, dentistry, gynaecology, rheumatology, optometry and audiology, together with reflexology services. Revered Swami Swatmaramanandaji Maharaj, President of the Ramakrishna Centre of South Africa, was in attendance and offered his blessings to the team and patients. The outreach also provided specialised screening, including PSA testing for prostate cancer, Pap smears, ECGs and a range of blood investigations, ensuring that patients benefited from comprehensive medical attention throughout the day.
